I have been with this surgery for a number of years & until the past 18 months only needed them sporadically. However recently I have needed their services on a regular basis. Dr Seaton has been absolutely brilliant, explaining everything to me & listening to my concerns. Dr Collaluca has also been excellent & the reception staff very polite & always greet you with a smile. Thank you all.

I feel the receptionists' should have more training i.e. customer service and have an understanding of patients' needs e.g. hard of hearing and treat the patient like you would a relative to be treated. They are like a barrier cream to the drs also. It is not an easy job being on the front line A good training exercise would be for staff to do a days work experience in another colleagues job - that would be a good talking point. The nurses are great - well done, you do a fantastic job. The Drs do a great job, I have seen most and they just have their own unique way of doing the job - well done. A big thank you to the cleaners too

hi . the doctors say that its all in your head . then you get a refferal to a mobile unit and they find out its quite serious. so in my opinion the gps at springfield are just students who have not learnt the basics in medical care . and this was after 5 appointments and the same gp . i would not reccomend you go to this practice . and when you phone for an appointment its always in 3 to 4 weeks ahead. i am disgusted with the treatment . the waiting and the diagnosis . what a waste of taxpayers money

It would be helpful to have your contact numbers on your web page; I now have to find your phone number elsewhere and phone your surgery and probably hang on the phone for 10-20 minutes just to get your fax number.

As a medical professional trying to contact this surgery with patient information I waited for 6 minutes for the phone to be answered. On reaching the front of the 'queue' I was promptly cut off. Rather frustrating, and I am sure that a GP making a referral to my hospital team would be equally frustrated if they had to wait for a similar length of time.
